Join  Sarah Callaham on Sunday the 12th for this mellow vinyasa flow, accompanied by the use of essential oils in all forms-smell, taste, and topical- to help us to transition from the warmer months to the cooler months. Allowing us to go deeper within the self to nourish the soul, body, and mind from the inside out, this will be a calming & grounding practice. She will be explaining the physical and emotional benefits of each of the oils we will be using as well.

Surf Strength October is right around the corner!

Join us for an inspiring and fun 4 week training program to get you to a new level of Stoke!

This program is designed for the Maui lifestyle and is focused on helping people get stronger and more confident in and out of the water. No matter what sport you play, you will get a comprehensive stability and strength building program, more focused water time (2x a week with a trainer) to build on technique and proper body mechanics, as well as goal setting and motivational training to get your mind in top shape along with your body.

Have you been wanting to try SUP but a little intimidated? Or maybe you paddle and are slow and tired. OR maybe you're pretty good, but want to get some technique feedback....
HERE IS YOUR CHANCE. and boards provided.... HELLO! 

Learn and refine Stroke Technique, Learn balance and board skills, practice yoga and ask your questions! 

This workshop is good for EVERY LEVEL. All are Welcome, you must be able to swim however.
